The daily dosage of cbd oil on your skin is highly individual so we recommend to start with a lower dosage and gradually increase if necessary. Start with about 20mg-40mg that is about 4-8 drops and split it up for morning and evening. For example 4 drops in the morning and 4 drops in the evening. We offer a variety of strength in our products so if you are not used to CBD oil, start with the lower strength and gradually increase instead of increasing the amount of oil.
